I am currently continuing my studies at NYU Steinhardt in pursuit of an MA in Learning Technology and Experience Design with a focus in Games for Learning. My undergraduate coursework was completed at Ithaca College where I earned my BS in Communication Management and Design, concentrating in design.
I am really interested in playful learning and how people can learn from experiences. Something I would like to have an impact on is making learning fun for individuals. No one should feel like learning/training is a drag or waste of time. I firmly believe...

Presently, I am a Technology Trainer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. I have found myself able to apply skills from class into my everyday work. For example, in my Designing Simulations course taught me how to implement different cognitive and learning theories into playful learning. I was able to take that knowledge and apply it to my position as a technology trainer to deliver well-constructed self paced modules on non-clinical products. Something I pride myself on is being a quick learner, whether it is a computer program or an analytic skill, I am confident I will be able to help.
